Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Air Control Inc., we strive to provide professional, high-quality HVAC services to every client. This policy outlines the terms governing deposits, cancellations, refunds, and warranties. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below. If you have any questions, please contact us before work begins.
Deposits & Scheduled Work
A deposit may be required to confirm scheduling for installations, large-scale repairs, or custom equipment orders. All deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled and materials or equipment have been ordered or committed on your behalf.
Deposits cover administrative costs, material procurement, and technician scheduling. The deposit amount will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before any payment is collected.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to be present at the service address at the agreed time, may result in a trip charge or cancellation fee to cover the technician's time and travel. This fee will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Completed Work
Refunds are not available for services that have been completed. Once a technician has performed a service call, repair, or installation, payment is due in full as per the agreed-upon invoice.
If you believe work was not completed to the agreed scope, please contact us within 5 business days of service completion. We will review the concern and, where warranted, dispatch a technician to address any deficiencies at no additional charge.
Our priority is your satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any legitimate concerns.
Warranty on Parts & Labour
All parts and equipment supplied by Air Control Inc. carry the manufacturer's warranty as provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product — our team will provide warranty documentation at the time of installation.
Labour performed by Air Control Inc. is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of service completion, unless a longer period is otherwise specified in writing.
Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, lack of maintenance, or events beyond our control (e.g., power surges, flooding, or acts of nature).
