When you contact us, request a quote, book a service, or otherwise engage with Air Control Inc., we may collect the following personal information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Service address and property details
- Payment information (processed securely through our third-party payment processor — see Section 4)
- Details about your HVAC system and service history
- Communications you send us (emails, form submissions, call notes)
We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services or that you have voluntarily provided to us.
How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used solely for the purposes of delivering our HVAC services and managing our business relationship with you. Specifically, we use your information to:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Provide accurate quotes and invoices
- Process payments for completed work
- Send service reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain records of work performed for warranty and compliance purposes
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent. We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties except as described in this policy.
We may share limited information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, such as scheduling software, email providers, and our payment processor. These parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and to use it only to perform services on our behalf.
Payment Processing via Stripe
Air Control Inc. uses Stripe as our third-party payment processor. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly and securely to Stripe and is not stored on our own servers.
Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment platform. Your credit card or banking details are handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with their security standards and privacy policy.

Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Our records are stored in secured systems with access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Physical records are kept in locked facilities.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to addressing any breach promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

We will respond to all access or deletion requests within 30 days. Note that certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records, warranty documentation).
