Air Control Inc. was founded in 2002 by Nisar Ghamman with a clear mission: to deliver exceptional commercial HVAC services with honesty, skill, and dedication. Starting with a small team and a single service van, we built our reputation one project at a time.
Over two decades later, Air Control has grown into one of Ontario's most trusted commercial HVAC contractors. With 500+ completed projects and clients ranging from national restaurant chains to independent medical clinics, we've earned our place as the go-to HVAC partner for GTA businesses.

2002
Founded in Brampton
Nisar Ghamman established Air Control Inc. in Brampton, Ontario, with a focus on commercial HVAC for the GTA.
2005
GTA Expansion
Grew the team and expanded service offerings to cover the full Greater Toronto Area with a fleet of service vehicles.
2010
Authorized Dealer Status
Achieved authorized dealer certification for Lennox and York, followed shortly by Carrier, Goodman, Keeprite, and Trane.
2015
Kitchen Exhaust & Fire Suppression
Added dedicated kitchen exhaust system and fire suppression installation services, becoming a go-to contractor for food service operations.
2020
Province-Wide Coverage
Expanded operations to serve all of Ontario, adding remote project management capabilities and a larger fleet.

Nisar founded Air Control Inc. in 2002 with a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to quality. With over 20 years in the HVAC industry, he has personally overseen hundreds of commercial installations across the GTA and Ontario.
